Before beginning my work as a portrait photographer, my photography began with a love of travel and documenting my adventures. Due to its proximity and my love of the area, most of my art is landscape and wildlife photography in the American southwest. My work attempts to capture the grand scale and beauty of the wilderness. Frequently hiking miles with camera equipment and waiting hours for the perfect conditions, my work is as much about the adventure as it is about the outcome. I love spending time outdoors in isolation and sharing those experiences with the people around me.
